I don't think you can assume that they're all equally "good" (whatever good means to any given person) on each issues. For example, look at diff btw Kavanaugh and Barrett on Chevron deference. Kavanaugh is way better, and that should matter to you (and to me).

No, they are not equally good. But case law on the #4thAmendment with respect to digital issues is particularly undeveloped, so it’s the area where a new justice will have the greatest impact.
