I don't think you can assume that they're all equally "good" (whatever good means to any given person) on each issues. For example, look at diff btw Kavanaugh and Barrett on Chevron deference. Kavanaugh is way better, and that should matter to you (and to me).

No, they are not equally good. But case law on the
#4thAmendment with respect to digital issues is particularly undeveloped, so it’s the area where a new justice will have the greatest impact.

I am embarassed by how our party blindly supports the president despite the fact that he has made a mockery of the office and appears to favor countries determined to hurt the USA

#CivilAssetForfiture still a thing.#Whistleblowers get charged, treated like snitches Gowdy trashes Strzok's#4A right, to persecute his#1A right.#HatchAct is flagrantly violated by this admin and congress. That is where the#SCOUTUS fight is at; Legalizing corruption.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

No president under investigation should be allowed to pick a Supreme Court Justice especially when there's a chance he might have to go up in front of them for a decision on his criminal behavior.. it's just nuts. If I commit a crime can I pick my friend to be a prosecutor?
-
If the president commits a high crime or misdemeanor he is impeached by the House and tried in the Senate, not SCOTUS
-
He plans on challenging the legality of charging him with crimes he thinks he's exempt because he's president so those are the kind of things that will go up in front of the Supreme Court. So yes he is stacking the deck hoping that way he will get out of everything he's doing

A president that is under investigation should not get a confirmation hearing for any judicial nominee.pic.twitter.com/q8j7jtW81g

And Women’s Health Care? And Separation of Church and State? And the ACA? And Immigration? And trump committing TREASON? What about those equally concerning issues?
-
One issue per thread kinda keeps it less cluttered, eh? Bombing a thread with every issue is confusing and distracting, and solves little.

I won’t disagree with you on POTUS, but when it comes to Justin, Citation needed.
