Did you know that @AP4Liberty got @Judgenap his show at fox and produced it? That’s how Trump found out about @Judgenap and went on to ask his advice about who to pick for the Supreme Court. In a way, Austin Peterson helped change the US for the better. #MOSENpic.twitter.com/w1wm7i9dT1

I'm not even remotely worried about my cell phone since I don't plan to use it for anything illegal. I AM concerned about all those children tRump kidnapped and why is no one allowed inside the Donald J. Trump Child Internment Camps?

Government could decide that helping immigrants and their kids is illegal, that questioning the gov on the camps is illegal and track people like you or I via their cell data to persecute them. If you believe Trump is tyrannical, you def don't want him to have that power.

I think you missed my point but anyway...I hardly ever use my cell phone. You wouldn't get much out of it.

Kidnapped undocumented children don't affect me, but I still think it's immoral and worrisome. Something doesn't have to affect you personally for it to be wrong. Not to mention, people helping immigrants do use their cellphones and gov could get plenty out of them.

Stop using logic to explain a problem to someone who has an unrelated narrative to parrot by interjecting said narrative into a thread not intended to include or address it. Your ability to be “inclusive” by using your logic to explain how they could be related was impressive.

It's depressing how far people will go to make their "views" just be contrary to anybody that isn't part of their tribe - even going as far as dismissing civil liberties...

What rule exactly? Appointees may not join the court without Senate confirmation. But there is nothing, ZERO, in the Constitution or Senate rules that requires confirmation of, or a vote on, any particular appointee. This is true even when you disagree with the Senate's decision.

Yes because in the past the senate didn’t need a rule for every little thing. There was a tradition of decent behavior. And norms that were followed, The GOP destroyed that.

If you read the opinions, Gorsuch's view could not have functioned as a concurrence because it followed vastly separate reasoning from the majority opinon, and his conclusion was not directly aligned with theirs. It was, by all qualities, a dissent. A damn good one at that.

That he agreed that Carpenter should win, but disagreed with how they won. He’d rather they overturned an earlier SCOTUS ruling used to support easier warrants, and give 4A a more traditional reading. TLDR your cell records are yours even if produced and held by the provider.
