I realize that my action ends up negatively impacting @justin_fenton and his colleagues but I’m not sure what other option consumers have. Maybe every reporter should have their @venmo in their byline and we can cut out the toxic middleman.
This is horrible. The test is fine. Happens in all large businesses to test employees willingness to click links. However the wording is beyond poor taste for an already struggling company/industry. Usually these tests need to be approved by upper management.Find out who approved
I have never ever seen it done with bonuses—and definitely never at a company that’s been a total vulture to its employees. Gross.
