    While the Campaign for Youth Justice is sunsetting on Dec. 31, 2020, the work of keeping children out of the adult criminal justice system will not. Our friends at will continue this important work. We invite you to follow their social media platforms.

    Brandon Bernard was 18 when he took part in the grisly murders of two youth ministers. He is scheduled to be put to death on Thursday despite a drive among his supporters for clemency.

    Please stay vigilant and keep after key votes. This law will make a HUGE difference in the life of people who have been incarcerated since they were children.

    Thank you to everyone who supported this effort! A House Criminal Justice committee member offered a late amendment yesterday that has pushed the committee vote until next week. We will let you know when that is scheduled. Please continue to let legislators know your thoughts.
