  Too often Democrats have fallen for the phony progressive words emanating from many CEO's particularly Silicon Valley. Truth is these people may talk progressive but when it comes to their money and businesses, they are just as republican as the Koch Brothers.

  I agree we are the "Far Left" given modern context. You are playing their game by accepting that classification given modern standards. The left of today is to the right of people like Eisenhower, FDR. To act as if our idealism is far left to begin with, plays into their hand.
