You can kind of see a bit of yellow/orange on the white piece in the top left that gives some hints..
But again I'm unsure

The arrows aren't pointing at anything... just signifying which direction they would be standing when they took the close up pictures

Now, this could be the other person/s and not Soleimani
Soleimani seems to wearing a blue jacket of sorts and this man above not so much, but it's hard to tell ofc
Also, this corpse seems to have all limbs obliterated as where Soleimani's hand is somewhat intact

Looking at it from the other side it seems more likely that they are wearing a navy blue jacket of sorts...
But the hand is not in that picture meaning it blew off?
Another picture of the scene
So what do we know so far?
- Soleimani is dead as confirmed by multiple governments and sources
- We have a corpse we can 100% confirm is at the scene and appears to be wearing a blue jacket
- Appears corpse has no arms
- Arm blew off from corpse, appears to wear navy jacket

I've yet to see any claims that dispute that the pictures are fake, from a different event, or doctored.
I'd assume we would hear a lot of noise if that was the case. But time will certainly tell.

As mentioned by , finding the original source can be almost impossible especially if it didn't originate on Twitter obviously.
It could have come from Facebook, WhatsApp, or Telegram.... or any of the other ones.

And, once these photos drop they are instantly scooped up from wherever and reposted to Twitter and everywhere else a 1000 times.
Ultimately in situations as this it's easier to verify it's authenticity per se as oppose hunting down source post. At least in any timely manner. π

The hand is in that photo above on the bottom right photo - you can see the hand and the ring, itβs just a diff angle than the closeup. It is on the left side above the shoulder (arm is bent so hand is near the left side of the head).

It was on the grass, away from the original site. Might have been moved there? or that's where it landed, maybe hand out the window?
