Wow this is impressive. New york counties seen to have much lower eviction rates than other parts of the country. Is this due to lack of access to data or are the numbers really lower? (Syracuse eviction rate is .69%, well below national average of 2+%)

Right: Our NY state numbers are low for now because of the way the state handles eviction cases. The website has data from multiple sources your can explore to dig into this.

i love this! suggestion: can the eviction rates be viewed as a color ramp (choropleth) instead of graduated circles? would be much easier to visualize differences.

This is an amazing resource. Just wondering if you have data on landlords? Investment groups vs small owners? As a New Yorker, at least we have SOME safeguards against eviction compared to other states
