    : send us a form required to start an inquiry about your missing package and we will reply within 12 business days. Me: submitted the form, got told they will reply in 3 business days. There is no way they can do anything this fast. Package sent 3 weeks ago!

    I think everyone in the room said “share” at least once at Academic SIG meeting. We are geographically far away from each other but the problems are so similar. is the answer to solving some of them!
