I will remember this bridge for a long time. Families cross it to go to school, to buy groceries. It is so riddled with holes that pedestrians sometimes fall into the water below. I'm Navajo, grew up on the reservation. To answer your question: No, a Navajo-controlled govt would not change this. We have a tribal govt rife with corruption and greed that could do something about this, but simply does not.
