Denver is no longer a dynamic city with warm and inviting neighborhoods. It has become an apartment jungle and a mecca of overpriced housing.. no affordable housing here...it's a shame...
Gentrification is an inexact politically charged word that encapsulates both improvements like new sidewalks and excruciating changes like the displacement of whole groups of people.
