I thought once all states passed concealed carry laws, everyone was going to be safer because of the "civility" a fully armed (or possibly fully armed) society was supposed to create. Instead, suicide and gun-related killings are on the rise. Huh.

Proposed remedies for social ills which have come to pass: More speech. More guns. Neither has worked. Technologies do good stuff but not always.
