Rhode Island (1 of 4 state's part of Pfizer pilot for distribution) has posted its INTERIM plans for vaccine distribution. Biden will find that trump has no plan for distribution of vaccine. (That would be too much work!) That states would have to fight for it amongst themselves. Rhode Island is getting a jump on this.
