    1/ there is this sense when you are young that your accomplishments need to be a list of things that seem impressive to others. A list of several items you did. This isn't actually right, so here is another suggestion.

    As a company scales, everyone has to make compromises, but time after time, one of the least considerate but highly charged aspects is asking people to move their desks. It's an emotional thing. It is. Most companies do this shitty, the great ones make it a five-star experience.

    3 things that help habits stick: 1) Repetition. Habits form based on frequency, not time. 2) Stable context. If the context is always changing, so is the behavior. You need a reliable environment. 3) Positive emotions. If it feels good, you’ll want to repeat it.
