So the president was a party to the NDA. Cohen paid on Trump's behalf. It was a campaign finance in-kind gift and Trump knew about it. Lock him up.

The NDA says Trump/Dennison can get an ex parte (no notice to other side) temporary restraining (ie, gag) order if disclosure is threatened, until the case is ultimately decided after a hearing. So maybe that’s what they got. But Trump - not Cohen - would have to be the claimant.
