This isn’t a totally accurate characterization. Senior judges who retire do not leave vacancies to fill. Active judges who go senior (or retire) do. When an active judge goes senior, they can remain on the court and hear cases.

So it’s not just replacing older conservatives with younger conservatives, it’s effectively adding additional conservative judges to the courts, thus further stacking them.

He wants young Trump supporters to take the place of seasoned judges. These "new" judges have little or no knowledge of judicial law. See all the ones who were not acceptable to litigate any cases that Trump approved of. Lack of knowledge will be dangerous for our judiciary.
