@juliehdavis you mixed statements. The numbers reducing were remarks about China. The inevitability remark was specific to the US.
With respect, that's incorrect. Here is the quote: "And we have a total of 15 cases, many of which, or most -- within a day, I will tell you most of whom are fully recovered." That was in reference to the US. As was his comment that spread was not inevitable.
