Hi, just so you know in Vermont there isn't party registration. This is why he is an independent in VT but nationally a Democrat. Also he caucuses with the Dems.

Rules are rules. In 2016, Sanders, who helped to write the rules, and who was behind in delegates, made the same argument. So fuck him! Anyway, no worries: Biden will have more delegates by the time they reach the convention.
