I don’t think there is another remedy. If there is a lesson to be learned from this current state of affairs, it’s that the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel’s opinion that a sitting POTUS cannot be indicted...in effect, creates an opportunity for a criminal dictator.

@NewYorkStateAG could indict trump since olc memo only applies to federal crimes. it would probably go to supreme court but maybe we can solve the olc issue once and for all. however the robert’s court does not give me a lot of confidence on a win.
