White House just released Nat'l Drug Control strategy & it does not once mention wall/physical barrier as a means of combating drug trafficking. Talks about need for better air & maritime monitoring, improved interdiction of drugs sent thru mail/"express consignment carriers"

Does it say "the war on drugs is at its core immoral, because the idea that gov't should be policing what consenting adults do with their own bodies is fundamentally counter to any notion of liberty. Plus, harm reduction strategies are more humane/effective"? haha of course not

I don't even do drugs, yet for years my attitude has been "people are gonna do drugs anyway, may as well spend the money researching what their actual effects are so people can make informed choices about risk vs reward.

Only technology can stop fentanyl. Most of it is coming in through the mail. 254 pounds at the border is a big deal, but I bet that much comes in per day in courtesy of fed ex.

Huh? What technology is going to stop it? The only thing that can stop fentanyl is safe healthy alternatives like ordinary natural pain killing opiates and addiction treatment for sufferers.
