Gender is determined most frequently (not solely) by one being either XX or XY. However, where do we really classify the rare XXY? It exists. This alone shows “Male or Female” is an either/or fallacy. Oranges may usually be orange, but the blood orange is still red.

Sex and gender are two different things. Don't use those words like they were interchangeable. They aren't.
