My take, Peter. Dems now learn folly of relying on courts, not voters. But doEs GOP have the guts to kill Roe? They never have. Their goal is to keep power and money (the donors!) in the face of demographic shifts - overturn Roe and you stir the hive.
Good question & answer may be no, but worry among abortion rights supporters is that court hollows it out without being explicit & restricts access without drawing political consequences
