Gary Leif was a great representative for his community, with this new navigation center in Roseburg being a prime example. This session, we will step up again to give communities the resources they need to build on this work and end this crisis. #orleg

Oregon is the latest state to pardon all prior offenses of simple marijuana possession, following my pardon of federal offenses and call to Governors to do the same in their states. It's time to right our failed approach to marijuana. I urge states to follow Oregon's example.

The urban study called “Homelessness is a Housing Problem” found that the biggest factors in the homeless crisis are not necessarily addiction or mental health but rather a combination of high rent prices and a lack of affordable housing.
