Two men died of heart failure and one woman overdosed on amphetamines. No cause of death for Sicknick.

This is caveat in DC ME email to me: “Homicide: Death results from the intentional harm of one person by another, including actions of grossly reckless behavior.”

I could be wrong, but I believe that’s simply saying that a human being killed another without comment on motive or criminality. I believe all deaths like this are coded as such, but again I could be wrong.

Manner of death is merely a classification, it is not the same as-nor a determination of- what people think of as the legal definition of “homicide” See for example the ME disclaimer on the George Floyd reportpic.twitter.com/xcdFOwJUPv

Maybe look up the definition of homicide? This is embarrassing tbh.

I’m thinking the woman was shot in the shoulder. But the crowd didn’t move so they could get her out in time. So not that the cop killed her but the crowd not moving got her killed.
