Important thing to note is that #cacheout and most recent attacks leak from L1D. On production SGX systems, generally, SMT should be turned off and L1D is flushed on SGX exits (afaik). So leaking from L1D is not as bad for SGX as it may seem.

tbh, I am not really sure about the L1D flush. Maybe I was confusing it with the fill buffer flush. Can't find a good source.
