Ultimately no one diet fits all but underlying basics with paleo are eat real food and lots of vegetables so it’s hard to see the objections .

Agreed! The other point to remember is that various nutrition plans work differently in every individual. And any variation from the standard American diet is better!

My@mother has lupus and AIP - autoimmune protocol made a significant difference in 3 weeks to her lung inflammation which was the biggest issue at the time
