Seems like if they're able to do all that and still get their jobs done then it's actually fine?
-
There’s nothing fine about failing to exploit every last drop of productivity out of underpaid workers!

Look, I understand it's fun to crap on your boss and the man and all that, but you really shouldn't be doing that stuff at work.
-
But when "at work" is also "home" and results are happening, I don't see why people can't do what they'd essentially be doing at the office.

i'm definitely having naps on company times, but the nap only replaces me staring at a blank excel document for twenty minutes before taking a 15 minute shit

Productivity didn't fall either, which means all these years, the work week could have been shorter for everyone for the same pay
-
Exactly, because if you take a nap, come back after the nap and put in a good couple hours it's better for you than to just sit at the desk nodding & nodding And with my laptop at home I can come back to it at any time - 8pm, 10pm, 2am and knock some work out

Dating? Taking Naps? Side Hustles? So...what changed. That was going on before the pandemic. You are just now figuring that out??? LOL.

-
When I had an office job, I fell asleep at my desk all the time. Only difference is that at home I'll have less back pain because I'm not in a $10 chair, but in a $500 bed lol.
