A great many Americans don't have a dependable 'relationship' with 'health care providers.' Many other Americans don't even have a steady/stable provider. As in EVERY other nation, it's the responsibility of the fed govt whose behavior in the US continues recklessly irresponsible

We of the United States of America are no longer natives of such States. We need to centralize the Federal government to work for all of us. Not individualized state laws made for picky natives.
