    The Pentagon shows off new UAP/UFO videos. One with spooky green triangles now explained (drones) one with a reflective sphere remains unexplained. (But no indication of space aliens!)

    Issue for lawmakers is that the Pentagon has UAP reports from 2004. And yet only 1 of the 143 episodes has been identified, at least until now.

    While the IC is reviewing how it assesses "will to fight" and whether they have the right methodology, there is a view of some that they didn't get Ukraine's will wrong, so much as they overestimated Russia's prowess and underestimated Ukraine's capabilities.

    LTG Berrier said that the DIA did not see that the Russian military: "was sort of this this hollow force, [with a] lack of NCO Corps, lack of leadership training, lack of effective doctrine. So those are the intangibles that we've got to be able to get our arms around."
