There are currently NO animal rights laws in China. The U.S. also has truly deplorable conditions on factory farms. Until all humans realize we have a responsibility to care better for animals this type of disease will continue world wide.

I agree. So let's confront China and of course let's also confront other guilty countries (almost all). But China has a special place in barbaric animal and market practices. And I DO love Chinese people, they are my favourite neighbours (plenty of them where I live).
