One of the groups left out in Union busting news are frontline managers who are tasked to enforce corporate policies. That are a group under immense stress and many don’t necessary agree with their company playbook on unions busting actions.

I think in Starbucks fight we've heard more of their stories, tho not top lined. But yes, many of them would be able to unionize had Taft Hartley not existed.

Diversity - BIPOC in positions of decision-making authority - is by far the most important issue. Constant effort for full Equity is the only way to ensure solidarity and economic prosperity. Hopefully management will understand the primary importance of Identity and Diversity.
