@Delta 5 hr delay. 4 hrs waiting inside the plane. Had to go back and refuel without going to a gate. Flight attendants passed water 2 HOURS later. Kids and young families on the plane, terribly frustrated. NO food. Cabin crew offers nothing but excuses. Horrifying experience.

This has gotten out of control - there are people fighting each other and it’s gotten both verbal and physical. Police are on the plane! Complete chaos! I understand weather delays and we all want to be safe but this is not about weather but about how Delta has handled it.pic.twitter.com/byBjcrF7Rl
