If the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium in Madrid had to adhere to the parking regulations of Jacksonville, FL, the surface parking lot would consist of more than 20,000 parking spaces or something the size of 34 Wal-Mart Supercenters. The 81,044 person stadium has no parking.
