Hmm, that's odd. If you haven't yet, try logging out and logging back in, and make sure the app is updated. We find this usually solves the issue. Let us know if it works.
I’ve logged out and logged back in twice now, nothing changed. Still can’t view the videos in my sub box. I don’t know what else to try

Can you watch these videos on a PC? Also, have you tried reinstalling the app? Try these things out and let us know if it works.
