Wow. So brazen... I currently shudder a little each time I see a brand name for every mediation in parentheses in our EHR. But this is on a whole different level.

I generally agree, but would argue for a broader critique. After all, it is currently legal for physicians to take $$ directly from pharma, for PBMs to collect pymts based on the volume of pills sold, and many/most medication adherence revenue streams ultimately rely on “Rx lift”
