Yeah, I don’t know how I feel about this either. Was the brother somehow made to feel like he “should” do this to show he was the bigger person? Or did it genuinely help him in his healing process? It all depends on whether it facilitated healing or furthered trauma.

If he had stabbed her right then, I'd understand more than I understand hugging the cop who murdered his brother, when she expressed more concern over losing her job than killing a man in his home. No attempt at first aid. Watched him die.
