    New article reviews the literature addressing Rear tip extenders and introduces a new term, rigidity factor, which quantifies the ratio of inflatable to non-inflatable component of the cylinders.

    All Coloplast Titan cylinders have a 5 cm non-inflatable portion. In this example adding a 2 cm RTE increases the non-inflatable portion to 7 cm.

    Although challenging, safe and complete removal of a reservoir in a difficult location is possible while avoiding complications with the use of a lighted retractor, meticulous dissection, & a few technical maneuvers described in this article.

    Dissection of the reservoir is carried directly over the tubing to trace it to the retropubic space.

    Study recommends that in all HIV-positive women with complaints typical for Testosterone insufficiency , testosterone is measured, and that in women with TI, testosterone replacement be considered as a treatment option.

    Short form 36-item health survey health standard scores for women with and without testosterone insufficiency. Standard scores <0 indicate that health is worse than that of an age-matched Dutch reference population.
