You are alone with what you think this city needs. Please don’t tell people affected daily by his inability as a prosecutor that this what “we need”. Come down to the TL or D6 where you can see his policies reveal themselves in front of your very eyes. Disgusting!

Jason, I'm interested in how you think TL or D6 has changed since our new DA took office. The majority of crime in the city has gone down, though I'd attribute that to the pandemic more than anything else.

Property and Violent crime has gone down in San Francisco. It's still happening too frequently, but it's happening less frequently. https://sfgov.org/scorecards/public-safety/violent-crime-rate-and-property-crime-rate …pic.twitter.com/S2qLIYQcDV

This is attributed to people reporting less. Many persons don’t report the crimes because of the lack of confidence in

That’s pure speculation. And I doubt it’s true. But this is the data we have.

Speculation? Where do u live? What part of the city? If you have all the answers then why are you asking? Our DA is useless and doesn’t care about SF. He is more interested in criminalizing police and protecting criminals. Do you think that there is less crime by clearing jails?

There's no data showing that people are refraining from reporting crimes because of Chesa Boudin. There is data snowing that crime has dropped. IMHO, that's related to the pandemic, rather than the policies of the DA. But like you, I don't have data showing attribution.

I can't speak to your personal experience. Sounds like you've been a victim multiple times. That really sucks!

Crime has gone down in SF over the last 30 years. Significantly, according to the data I've seen. Though I've been here 14. Regardless I'm not trying to detract from your experience. I don't know what you've been through. Sounds bad. I've been a crime victim and it was bad for me
