My book is out now! If you enjoy fantasy, why not try “The Gloaming”? It follows a human boy and his wraith friends from the ages of 10–17 as they fight monsters, evil scientists, a tyrannical king, and small-town prejudice.

Earlier this year, I was lucky enough to beta read "The Sleep Experiment" by Jeremy Bates. A few days ago, I received a paperback of the finished book in the mail. It's just as creepy as I remember!

Hey . What's your favourite genre to read and your favourite to write? Are they the same or different? For me fantasy is the answer to both, that's not to say I don't like other genres though!

I’m back home from surgery and less loopy than I was 24 hours ago. Everything went okay, but I’m still tired and nauseated. To everyone who followed, tagged, or messaged me while I was away: I’m catching up on all my notifications now. Thanks for your patience!

What's up with the weird pricing on Amazon ebooks? I set the price of my novel to $3.99, but it's somehow changed to $4.58. I also got charged $2.24 for downloading someone's "free" ebook. Has anyone else experienced this?

Two nights ago, I went to bed with a mild fever and dreamed about a tree nymph whose life ambition was to go diving in lava. Since then, I've planned an entire novel, written two chapters, and started looking at cover designs. This is not the story I'm supposed to be working on.

I just ordered a final proof copy of my book! It's going to take 10-14 days to arrive (the joys of living in New Zealand), but I'm excited that things are progressing!
