Important note: Judge Conley issued similar order in April. It included a ban on clerks reporting election totals prior to his extended deadline of the Monday after the election for absentee ballots to be received. This order does NOT include a similar prohibition.

Did the judge say anything about processing in advance?

That wasn't challenged in the original lawsuit. Additionally, if ballots can be received until Nov. 9, not being able to start processing until Election Day isn't as big of a deal.
