    Getting involved in the community has been transformational for me career-wise and personally. Communicating well is so much more important than any tool/framework/programming language. Teaching has made me more confident and understand concepts in more in-depth.

    I feel like I have a million and one of these, I'll do a blog post at some point. My number one, though, is that teaching your students to teach themselves in the future and to problem solve effectively is more important than any piece of content.
