I just spoke with our GREAT America First President Trump.
He would have never allowed China to fly a spy balloon over our country and our military bases and assets.
Pres Trump would have shot it down before it entered the US.
And so would I.
, a local human rights org, show many examples of men in Baluchi dress involved in policing activities. A video posted on Nov. 25 shows a man in local clothing beating detainees while an armed man looks on. http://wapo.st/3DA8nvH
The foot soldiers of Iran’s vast and multilayered security state have fanned out across the province, along with armored vehicles. A video from Nov. 25 in Khash shows armed units on a bridge that appear to be IRGC and riot police forces. http://wapo.st/3DA8nvH

We analyzed videos, interviewed eyewitnesses & human rights observers, and reviewed data collected by conflict monitoring groups. Visual evidence shows a buildup of security forces, with IRGC, riot police and plainclothes agents suppressing demonstrations http://wapo.st/3DA8nvH

Saudi Arabia is in the middle of an overwhelming societal overhaul that has dramatically changed the lives of its citizens. It is also becoming more repressive. These things are happening at the same time.
I second Eventide. We walked up one day about 5 years ago and asked for a table. The host said it would be a 3.5 hour wait. We kinda laughed and said “ok.” Totally worth the wait if you have the time and go have a few rounds of drinks nearby. Also loved Empire Chinese.
The National Press Club is angry that Nexstar – our parent company – made a deal to broadcast the Saudi-owned LIV Golf. Dan says this is selective outrage. Where was the outrage at other media outlets who make deals with China or other repressive regimes? @mccarrennews joins Dan.

Nostalgia is writing while listening to They Want EFX by Das EFX.

My heart breaks that these inspirational and dedicated environmentalists languish behind bars 5 years after their unjustified arrest. All of them: Morad, Niloufar, Houman, Taher, Sepideh, Sam, Amirhossein, Abdulreza, and Kavous too, they all deserve to be free.
Sepideh is one of the kindest, funniest and most courageous people you could ever meet. She was a pillar of strength for me during some of my darkest moments. She should have qualified for bail after serving 1/3 of her sentence, yet has had even this right refused her.
For the very first time, 5 years since the Persian Wildlife Heritage Foundation environmentalists' arrest, my dear friend Sepideh Kashani has spoken out in her own words in a letter published by
