Lessons learned: - I can build a MVP in <1 week - As the time building is low (5 days), the `fear of failure` is low too. It's easier to lunch & the expectations are lower. - Share the progress makes the commitment more real.

Good thinks: - Keep learning while building (in this case, Laravel) - Improved my work flow Bad thinks: - Still have improve building a minimal MVP. I build too much `nice-to-have`. - Improve promotion and validation. I guess next week I will make the official launch!

#php, but as long as I can do it, I do not worry too much about the technology used. Maybe in the next project I look at nodejs + express (for example).. -
