I'm def interested in anything about police expanding BS search warrants or backroom discussions of doing so. If enough of the Commissioners discussed this outside of a meeting, it could be an unlawful seriatim meeting. 1/2

3/2. Lot of ways the Commissioners can evade that Brown Act law. Often, members of public bodies use phone calls. Unlike texts/emails, harder to prove that a quorum discussed the matter outside of public mtg. They can also just delete texts like @LondonBreed and @chesaboudin do
