.@SFDAOffice now messing with my requests by using the "catch-all" to withhold comms with judges based on burden. Why did it take him a month to reject in full my request instead of ask for narrowing within 10 days of receiving request per law? What happened last Friday...hmm...

He's able to try this because the Mayor continues to, by fiat, suspend portions of Sunshine Ordinance that normally ban the "catch-all". Unfortunately for Boudin, the total amount of records I've gotten from him is so extraordinarily small, he can't even cite the rule of reason!

The problem of course is that
@chesaboudin can now continue to stretch out records disclosure as much as possible to benefit himself politically. This is what agencies, Boudin or not, do when they realize public records releases are damaging to them.2 replies 7 retweets 17 likesShow this thread -
Remember what
@CalCities says. Finding records that may contradict a public official's narrative is in fact a "primary purpose[]" of public records.pic.twitter.com/IUsh0Ameso
