Dont blame the HKPF. They have to employ whatever tactics, n weapons 2 bring these rioters/terrorists under control. Its all part of their job. Blame the rioters/terrorists for running into the hotel. Perhaps that is their strategy, get the well connected, rich n famous,agitated
