freedom of expression means saying what you want but if it misleads or fuel hatreds/ tribalism it won't be amplified by algos. 'Until this amplification problem is resolved it is precisely our willingness to share w/o thinking that agents of disinformation will use as a weapon'
if we're more precise about what disinformation is and discuss the ways in which smart people can be manipulated online, we could better pinpoint when a narrative is being weaponized
