sure but I was referring rather to the demand for education consulting here and the sums that wealthy and ordinary parents (though not at the the Zhao level) are willing to pay

For ordinary to upper middle class families, the degree from a good school is meant to provide a good ROI, for the ultra wealthy, I feel like it's much more decorative.
