2/ Investigation by @appledaily revealed the registered owners of Toyota & Honda 7seaters shared same names of 2 serving police officers - striking resemblance to last account which I was harassed by a group at the Peak’s Garden - both didn’t respond to a request for comment.
3/In @bbc podcast @dannydvincent recalls a police source once explained ‘otherwise new #NSL agents’d hv nothing to do’, confirming these mafia-style acts do happen in HK, targeting not only activists, also int’l journalists.
4/ their intention is clearly intimidating: stop activism or I risk the daily lives of my friends’ and mine. Yet some people refuse to address the stakes I’m at, instead claiming only had I mistaken tabloid gossip.
5/ On this journey against brutal authorities, there’s a delicate balancing between my private and public politics life. It always comes with some sacrifices to become fearless. I’m not deterred and I’m not giving it up.
