6/ I also urge US, European and Asia’s leaders to reconsider whether Hongkong’s special trade status can still be held since, once the law is implemented, Hong Kong will be assimilated into China’s authoritarian regime, on both rule of law and human rights protections.
It isn't void so much as being already fulfilled. Once sovereignty was transferred to China and the stipulations enshrined into the Basic Law, the declaration has done its part.

Can’t agree with you. The major beneficiary of the special trade status are those tycoons but not Hong Kong commoners. And whether the status is preserved, human rights in HK are not protected
